im sure ur a busy guy and all, but i was wondering if you could spare a few minutes of your time and recommend some exercises for chest, my chest is really underdeveloped and it seems like no matter how heavy or hard i train, it just wont grow... anything u recommend that could develop my (upper) chest? something like that calve exercise u recommended... thanx bro, i apreaciate it!

i take advice from all the good bro on this board, so feel free to advice too. thanx!

I recommend Incline Bench 5 sets 8 reps. Follow strict form.
5 sets of Incline Dumbell presses.
4 sets of Cable Crossovers with your upperbody parallel to the floor.
4 sets of Pec Dec.
With each exercise increase your weight until last weight selected is all you can do for 8 reps.
Crossover Cables and Pec Dec should be done with Maximum Intensity and Contractions. Exagerated Stretching of the pecs is recommended after each set of Crossovers and Pec Dec exercises.

These exercises have worked for me on developing a weak upper chest. I hope this helps but I doubt it is anything you don't already know. Good Luck!

thanks guys. i viewed all of these videos. i have always had weak chest esp upper. i am very tall and wide...classic ectomorph body type. this info is dynamite. i have been on ef for about a week and im happier than a sissy in boys town. you guys are very cool and knowledgeable. thanks again.

Do military press on shoulder and chest days!!!!!!

on chest days move the seat back so its not perpendicular

so its more of an incline but a stricter incline it works

Yeah someone showed it to me a while back. Your bench will drop down quite a bit but your chest will grow like a mother fucker AND your tri's will be fresh for dips/pushdowns, etc

Very Good Video, i believe that TUT is more important than the weight itself but each his own

It depends more on the muscle type. I brought that up in the calve thread. With chest, I've found it isn't as much of an issue. If you do the right exercises with the right form and enough weight and intensity, you can do one 15 second set once an hour over the course of 8 hours and still hit the muscles enough to grow. Of course there are many variables and people differ. Just speaking in generalities here.
