He didn't wuss out...it is just that I have to work twice as hard has him to burn around the same amount of calories as him!!! Due to the 70lbs DIFFERENCE!!
Today's workout: First 2 sets for 10. Last set for 8
Squats: 180/235/295 - finished with a rock bottom 405 single. Bench Press: 165/195/235 - tried for a single at 295 and failed. Oh well. I'll get it back when I switch back to 5x5 in a few months. Bent Row: 145/175/190 - this was pretty easy today
Finished with 10 pullups. Weighed 197.4 today. I must be having sympathy bloat.
