Sooo....we can't fly today. Just paid $100 to change tickets, and we'll start praying we can fly tomorrow.

Hey, all! Just a quick note to say we're safe in Ecuador and went for a fasted group of sprints on the beach this morning. Then we had fresh fruit, egg white omelet, and tons o' water.

Life is good! Everyone enjoy their week and weekend!

I hear that the SA countries have a lot of beaches and sons of beaches.
