Just wanted to send a shout out to NeedTo for all the work and time he puts in to make this EF Board a positive experience. I can;t name the # of times he has helped me and all of us here at Elitefitness. Good advice,communication, and aids in our search for a better transformation of our goals of achieving a new body in bodybuilding and weight training. His time spent on getting us a good book on dieting and recipes is fantastic. I know we all might have families but NeedTo really takes good care of us and takes a large portion of his time doing so. Lets all give a shout out to NEEDTO for all of his brotherhood and HUGE support for us.Thanks NEEDTO!!

Seriously though..... Needto is the glue that holds EF together. He is a big part of why EF is what it is. The man would give you the shirt of his back if you asked him. Top notch bro for sure. The same thing goes for the other mods and admin too. Great group of people that are all in it for the members.
