Needto is a freak of nature and I just don't know how in the world he can do so much in 24 hours. The man is in a class all his own. He recommended this book to me, and I enjoy the stuff in it. Lots of good stuff. Yeah, Needto is the man, no doubt about.

Needto is super human. I heard a rumor his days are actually longer than 24hrs

It's really reassuring to know there is such good, caring help available on Elite Fitness for good bros and gals. Props to needto and Angel.

Let this be a lesson to all using UG, or even supposed Pharma grade injectables. Take the time to filter and sterilize your gear no matter where it comes from. It is so easy to do there is no excuse not to. Its just good common sense.
