Need some advice gents, body has taken a severe beating. Deca/Sust questions.

Ok so I'm 206 pounds, 6 foot and 27 years old...I have used gear in the past and am no newcomer to its use (been around it my whole life). Quite honestly I probably should have waited until now to use or maybe next year but I jumped the gun at right before I turned 26. I took different stacks mostly a Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - /sus/Dianabol - methandrostenolone - combo and made great gains, kept some gains until I ended up in the hospital.

This is my biggest problems, I used to be in the Marines and ever since the age of 20 I have be injured and reinjured time and time again. Always in and out of the hospital. My deployments never helped either. I am sick and ****in tired of it.

Anyway all that BS aside, I'm tired of being at my strength and Size Plateau. I now believe and think I can't change or make any significant difference at this point until I get back on the gear. I have access to any kind of gear but I'm sticking to Deca/sus stack.

My questions: How do you guys propose I stack it between a 8-12 week period?? I have 60 amps of organon paki Deca, and 30 amps of organon paki Sustanon. (I also have everything I need for my PCT - post cycle therapy - and antiestrogens as well as milk thistle for my liver,legalon and fish oils) Also where is the best place to inject these two types of gear? I have taken shots mostly in delts and quads...sometimes in pec and calves. in the past I put two amps in the same syringe when injecting, I mixed Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - w/Sustanon. Do you think it was a dumb idea? I have only read in one place that it was ok, otherwise it seems people adivse against it. Do you guys that use gear workout more than 5 times a week now that you can workout longer and harder?

Shit guys, any advice helps on anything, or even criticism. I am open to it all. I figure it is time to dialouge with people I don't know on this stuff, rather than the guys i know who have become dependant on juice.

squat w/knee brace-315

i LOVE the De.ca/SUS combo. Normally run it with Winny as well though, helps out with the nandrolone/progesterone aromatisation.

Organon stuff is some of the best in the business.

I would run this at 500mgs Sus/wk, 400mg Deca, wk, shot monday and thursday, mixed in the same barrel. normally drop the pin into glutes/quads.

i work one body part once every ten days, but hard, so it gets loads of time to recover. Also stops me from burning out and keeps the CNS in good order. Build your body in the kitchen buddy, but stimulate it in the gym.

Before you take the adventure though, make sure the diet in check.

How long do you run your cycles?? I ran my last two one for 10 weeks the other for 12. Wasn't the smartest decision for me, but I let it get to my head. Do not want to make the same mistake again.

If you don't mind, can I get a look at your routine/stats in a post/pm?

My diet is protien heavy but the selections are not that great, It's a liquid/powder, chicken, tuna, egg diet for the most part (protien wise).

I read pumping deca in the upper body brings faster and more noticable results?? I nticed my body was more cut up top last time but not so much size as I expected even when dropping the sust in my delts or pecs.

I've done glute shot twice before...that shit hurt the most and was kinda hard to do.

I would run this for 10 weeks, De.ca is hard on shutting you down, so less time on is better.

As far as your diet goes, this is the most critical part of the equation, it's like the gas, and the gear the spark. If the diet isn't nearly perfect, you're wasting money and juice. Look a few pages back for Tatyana's post regarding diet, and use it to calculate your BMR, and then add more calories to enable growth. Protein should all be in the form of food, not supplements, but sometimes it's not possible to eat all you need and a cheat meal of a protein drink is required.

Once a drug is in your body, it's doing it's job. Doesn't matter about where you stick it. Some stuff like IGF for example is more particular, but for A.A.S, stick in glutes/quads/delts/tri's etc.

If you cut up on de.ca and Sus, your calories were in defecit. You should grow like a bitch on these two together if your diet is right. De.ca gives positive nitrogen balance which paves the way for building muscle, so eat like a motherfucker when on it!

As for my stats, i'm 5'6", 220lb and 35 yrs old. Bf around 10-12% at minute. Currently on a bridging trip of 250mg test per week.
 
i would suggest you stop..

change your exercise routine.. and do 6 months of GH 3-5 iu 5 on 2 off schedule..

then do a cycle that you enjoy.. or do the GH for 3 months, then run the regular cycle..

but determine what you want.. sounds like you want/need to build up your joint and ligaments, the GH will do that for you.. but you need to not do strength training to accomplish that goal..

I'll share more dependent on what you think so far..

I'm completely down with doing that man and that was my initial option, but the money I had saved up for buying Jintropin for a 6 month straight usage went to assist my sister in her lease so she would have a place to stay for college. :(

This is why this time I've had to settle with my old shit and do the Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - /Sustanon deal. But this time I want to do it right and with no screw ups. I was hoping 4-600 of Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - per week might be luxury for my joints again.
 
hey guys...how do I give my dick a jumpstart to get back in action immediately after the cycle??? My girl is gonna destroy me if I have the same issues I had last time.
