Need solid imput on IGF-1, no bs

I just got my first kit of igf-1, i have a few questions and need real answers that i can understand. It came with 10 amps of diluent water,can i buy this at the store or replace with somthing. I also heard once it is mixed with the diluent water it is only good for 24 hours in the fridge,is this true?
and also do u have to shot it every 10- 12 hours or is once a day good enough for the same results. This shit is expensive and i dont want to waste money or time. I started it today 50mcg and am gona do this once aday,unless i hear of a better way. I am not a newbie so spare me the rude comments,please i'm a serious bodybuilder looking for more size just like everyone else.

It should have come with a weak acid (like acetic acid) to reconstitute with. Yes it is true, it will break down faster in the bacteriostatic water than anything else. But I seem to remember in that Dave Palumbo article that if you do reconstitute with water, it will last about 10 days.
Once a day after your workout is the preferred inject time.
 
with the half life of igf-1-lr3 the half life is long enough for once a day injections to be fine.. 40-100 mcg Post workout some say in the muscle worked, but from research and opinions i have noticed that it doesnt really matter as far as spot injections go.. it will hit the receptors worked that day.

are you running the igf by itself?

im about to run IGF1-lr3 and GHRP-6 during my PCT from my bulker to keep/gain some size..

LOL, last I heard you were enjoying the effects of running it more long term. Interesting. By the way, what do you personally reconstitute it with? Acetic acid solution often leaves me with red welts. I have heard from a few sources that to reconstitute with bacteriostatic water is perfectly fine, then from others I hear it destroysw the peptide. I don't know what to believe!

From my experience GH makes the joints hurt while IGF-1 makes the joints feel great. I would do IGF-1 20mg ed. If you go over that the igf-1 will stop working after just a few weeks. I ve done 60mcg, 40mcg and 20mcg cycles and 20mcg is the best.

What's the longest you have ran a 20mcg cycle? Do you experience red welts on the injection site?
 
Hey guys...I just got my supply of IGF-1 LR3 and MGF. Are the "reconstitution" directions the same for each of these peptides? I planned on running the combo for 6-8 weeks, 20-40mcg of IGF-1 LR3 post work-out, and 200mcg on my days off. I plan to work-out 2 days onn, 1 day off...working muscle groups only once every 5 days. ( German Volume Training). I know to pin IGF immediately post-workout, but when should I pin the MGF? Is a 29g that is atleast an inch long good enuff, or should I use something else? Anybody have 2 cents please post! Thanks guys. :mix:

so 1 mg would be 1000mcg wow that would last for a long time at 20mcg a day if i got 5grams since thats what my suppliers min order is. so do you guys inject in the same muscle you worked out? what is the benefit of running it? does it help loose fat and gain muscle like hgh? what would be the longest duration of running it for?

I disagree. I've been running it close to 3 months now and my lowest dose was 40mcg. Run it for 3 months @ 40-100mcgs post workout and then tell me how your joints feel. GH converts to IGF which is where most of its effect come from. Why would one help and the other hurt your joints when they are essentially the same thing once the GH is converted?
