Need Help with a Cutting Cycle

Im a beginner to all this ive researched for months and dont know what to believe so im hoping someone can help me. Im looking for a good cutting cycle. Im 5 11 255lbs and 18% body fat can anyone help get me started

Here's an awesome "cutting" cycle......

Weeks 1-20 2300-2600 Calories a day.....no more than 300 grams carbs/ about 300-400 grams protein....balance of clean fats
Weeks 1-20 3-5 days moderate to high intensity cardio for 30-60 min per session AFTER lifting or first thing in the morning

This cycle tends to work pretty well, and you can run it all year if you don't see "gains" in the first 20 weeks........I would never disclose a source, but most of my calories come from "domestic sources"....(plus I know some farmers that hook me up with eggs and milk)

dude you are cool. THE best advice in the world for this young man. not necessarily what anybody wants to hear.
 
Sometimes I giggle like a madman when I type those things.......I was waiting for the guy to ask me if he needed to run Arimidex with his "cycle"......
