Cardio on an empty stomach (maybe a strong coffee) first thing in the morning.
Mix up your cardio from low intensity and LONG time i.e. walking on an incline on a treadmill and high intensity, jog-run-walk intervals, stair or hill running, sprint on elliptical trainer for 30 sec, slow it down for 30 sec, repeat for 20 min.
Really what you posted is so vague, it is difficult to advise you.
Why people think that drugs are the key........................
How old are you?
How long have you been training?
What type of training?
What is your training routine?
How many calories are you eating every day? What are the macronutrient ratios (if you don't know what this is then there is NO WAY you are ready for steroids)
How did you measure your bodyfat?
