Need Help with a Cutting Cycle

Can you tell me honestly how old you are, how many cycles you've run in the past, what your diet is like on a daily basis and what your exercise/lifting history is?

This cycle tends to work pretty well, and you can run it all year if you don't see "gains" in the first 20 weeks........I would never disclose a source, but most of my calories come from "domestic sources"....(plus I know some farmers that hook me up with eggs and milk)

I was on 250 oz EW of 2%...didn't feel shit...must have been under dosed like 1% maybe even skim. These UG farms are going scam these days. :chomp:

Bro, what I think people are trying to tell you is roids might not be the answer. Thats a pretty high % to really notice much trying to cut with winstrol or primo. You'd be amazed at what a proper diet and training will do. You might still consider the clen, personally I prefer E.C.A. stacks myself.
 
I thought diet and exercise was a straightforward answer?

Beginner to what? MMA, bodybuilding, forums, training?

Cardio on an empty stomach (maybe a strong coffee) first thing in the morning.

Mix up your cardio from low intensity and LONG time i.e. walking on an incline on a treadmill and high intensity, jog-run-walk intervals, stair or hill running, sprint on elliptical trainer for 30 sec, slow it down for 30 sec, repeat for 20 min.

Really what you posted is so vague, it is difficult to advise you.

Why people think that drugs are the key........................

How old are you?

How long have you been training?

What type of training?

What is your training routine?

How many calories are you eating every day? What are the macronutrient ratios (if you don't know what this is then there is NO WAY you are ready for steroids)

How did you measure your bodyfat?
