Need Help with a Cutting Cycle

cutting has more to do with diet and exercise than gear,you're just wanting to take a fucking 'shortcut' and hate to break the news but you can't cut if your diet and cardio isn't in check....regardless of how much fucking gear you're running.

lol no way you are ready for steroids if you dont know what macronutrients are.....haha....dude im sure alot of people dont know what that shit is that use steroids....if you wanna get big with steroids.....eat alot...if you wanna cut with steroids....eat little

protein should always be high though.....its not that complicated
 
well then someone hook me up with a good diet plan maybe one youve had in the past... Cause ive literaly tried every diet and work out plan but need some good advice... i cant seem to get my weight down no matter how i diet or how much cardio i do
 
Anavar or primo are good steroids to use while dieting and exercising. They do not do the work for you as I am sure you understand from the pounding you have taken on this forum.

I have built lean muscle mass from anavar while dieting, but then I build muscle very easily. In any event it should help you preserve some muscle mass while dieting. There is a diet board you should check out. You should be able to do a search on anavar only cycles here, but remember-everyone is different and you may not have the same results. Anavar, primo and the much maligned winstrol are commonly used by martial artists for strength and lbm without being pushed from their weight class (this is diet dependent-if you eat a lot you will grow on these drugs).
 
look do albuterol combined anavar, i would do a cycle like this
week 1-6 anavar 40-30mg every day
week 1-2 4-6 albuterol*
*for the first few days start at a low dosage like 20-40mcg then work your way up to 80-100mcg, do a 2 week on 2 week off cycle
keep your carbs under 150g a day and maximise your protein intake
drink lots of water
you wont need an anti estrogen with that cycle as anavar does not aromatize, run clomid for 3 weeks at week 7, you wont really need hcg but i would do it anyways because it helps in burning fat so you could do it at a dose of 500-700I.U a day for 5-7 days.this will help you bring your testicle size back up and natural test production.
MAKE SURE YOU DONT FORGET TO DO CARDIO AT LEAST ONCE EVERY DAY and TRAIN HARD hope this helps
 
i'm not sure why so many people are surprised when they get simple answers to simple questions. The information has been out there in Arnolds encyclopedia for decades.

It never ceases to amaze me that someone comes up with a ground breaking idea about fish oils, protein consumption, proper carbs at appropriate times and many small meals per day. As far as powdered milk why not just buy real milk and dehydrate it if thats what you want. then you can use it as powdered sudar if you mix in soe splenda or equal.

The bottom line work out too much and you'll go into a catabolic state so that limits each workout to an hour or so. If you ask me it's what you do the other 23 that cont the most.

First of all sleep 8-10 hours that way you won't interact with too many people ans your cortisol levels will remain low since you aren't stressed out unless you have night tremmors or piss your bed.

Now by my calculations that leaves an entire 13 hours to maintain disipline with your diet. Which can be more complex at times than learning about pregnant women's piss I'm sure you never aspired to digesting that unless you've been to Pandoras box in NYC. But seriously it starts easy figure out what your averge calorie consumption is required to maintain your current weight. Once you've done that cut calories if you're looking to lose weight and consume more if you want to gain. It dosen't have to be just use comon sense. You need about a gram of protein for every pound of muscle you have or desire. Make sure you are eating the right kind of complex carbs usually slow burning whole grains that haven't been stripped of all nutrients like some of the intellects you'll find here. Vegies and fruit high in antioxidants vitamins and minerals. Go for the simple carbs emidiatley folloowing a workout to replace the glucose you just pounded out of your muscles along with some protein. This way you won't get too sore from your workouts and you'll make it back to the gym within the next month. Forget the creatine and nitrogen and testosterone winstol or any other fancy crap that costs more tha 10 to 20 bucks a bottle. A simple multivitamin and perhaps some antioxidants unless you want to take the botox path later and lipo suction later.

There are no short cuts to cutting up unless you live uganda. However I believe that builing muscle will increase your metabolism and burn more fat eah day as your body composition shifts from fat to muscle. Don't expect much more than a gain of a pound or two of muscle per month. Then just do the math in one year you'll have gained 12-24 pounds in lean mass you just need to get your bf% into the single digits and remain there if you want to stay cut however somewhere along the process your body will become accustome to your neatly prepared six meals a day perfectly balanced by the universal secret proportion or carbs, protein and fat. Then you'll have to start tricking your body by oereating for a day or two then under eating. and I don't mean crispy creams and ben and jerry's one dxay and a salomon feast for the next week.

Just remember once you think you have the whole diet and workout thing down you'll need to forget it and change your habits because your body will adapt to eating seaweed and tree bark if you eat it long enough. Which some people will tell you isn't so bad. Same goes for your cardio and weight training routine if you start to enjoy your little regimin you you have is fun its no longer accomplishing shit.

Thw hell with it get some crack if you rally want to get ripped fast or you can try the crap stimulants like diet pills ephedrine, caffine, asprin or hot peppers and anything someone is trying to sell to you to achieve yur goals.

The truth that no one wants to hear is it takes some reading, planning, committment, drive and execution to achieve the results you seek. Thats it So now that I've got your attenttion get something to elevate your thyroid function like triamterene/hctz5-25mg tabs, somekind of parkinsons drug like bromocriptine mesylate 2.5 mgsto act as a diuretic and the through some serious anabolic steroid to ramp up that muscle growth fro one year to 4 months go for a solid 500mg of testosteron cypor eth. The rest is crap just a bunch of posers offering this and that if you aren't growing as much muscle as you want double up on the protein and double up on th testosterone. The only reason to take another steroid is 1. Yur chiken shit to go for it which is like whereing a ski outfit in the grotto. 2. You have a low tollerance to test and your having sides so you cut it up with something else. ou wouldn't cut you coke with a stool softener or worse yet cut your coke-cola wth ice like thosejackasses in Kansas. I mean come on the live in numbered corn fields.
