Here's an awesome "cutting" cycle......
Weeks 1-20 2300-2600 Calories a day.....no more than 300 grams carbs/ about 300-400 grams protein....balance of clean fats
Weeks 1-20 3-5 days moderate to high intensity cardio for 30-60 min per session AFTER lifting or first thing in the morning
This cycle tends to work pretty well, and you can run it all year if you don't see "gains" in the first 20 weeks........I would never disclose a source, but most of my calories come from "domestic sources"....(plus I know some farmers that hook me up with eggs and milk)
