I've been working on fat loss for over a year. I am 6'1, was 250, now 235 (basically I'm a thin dude with a big belly). I haven't gone down in weight in over 2 months. My diet is low fat and under 2800 calories. I've been on this diet/workout plan (http://www.ultimatefatburner.com/maximum-weight-loss.html) for the past 6 months. My goal is to be at 200 by the end of summer.
