Need Help Deciding

okay,

4 meals is not enough...

try to remmeber what you ate yesterday or are planning to eat and post it like this

meal 1

meal 2 etc

also your wasting 1100 calrories with that shake.. there is no way your body will be able to absorb 175 grams in a sitting.....and 1100 cals in one meal is a waste

Check out the protein factory site and read up on them. Whatever you don't undersatnd -- feel free to ask questions. You can also do a search on the site for reviews which in most cases are 98% positive. Feedback here (which is brutally honest) is also very favorable.
 
take a weight gainer like weight gainer 2000 add in 2-3 spoons of anpb and a cup of heavy cream.drink that 4 times a day with another 3-4 meals and you will put on some kind of weight.......lol
 
Alright thanks for the tips, I meant I was having 4 meals pre-workout then my shake and usually another one before bed...but i guess i should increase it. I'm recording everything i'm eating today so i'll post the exact diet for today later tonight or tomorrow. Thanks again.
 
Bro, at 6'1", 165 lbs you still have a lot of room to grow before you hit your natural plateau. IMO you can gain about 40-50 lbs in a few years by eating more and lifting hard and heavy. If you aren't gaining weight, eat more. Then keep eating more and more until you are gaining 1-2 lbs a week.

You can try Test and Deca for 12 weeks and gain 30 pounds, but chances are you would loose most of it when you came off. The only thing you'll have left is a bunch of new stretch marks.

Slow and steady is the way I prefer to do things. I don't think you should try roids until you are at least 190 lbs... and that is light at 6'1".

Yeah, need to be taking in more than 4000 cals per day then. Definitely look towards peanut butter and almonds for fat to help pack in some cals. Since it is more calorie dense it should be easier to take in those cals with a lot of good fat in your diet. Bump up to 5000 cals per day and see what happens. You're young with a low bodyfat % so go for the massive eating now while you have a killer metabolism.
 
also alot of people say they eat 'alot' or 5000-6000 cals a day but when they do the math they are well below...

go to www.fitday.com or calorieking.com to see how much your actually eating and total those up

best supplement for you would be food
lots of it, to the point where it makes you sick to eat
eggs, steak, chicken, etc
consistently

up your weights when you flood your body with calories
with your test elevels the way they are now, its almost like steriods

only supplement i think is worth a damn is creatine
get the cheap stuff, mix it with gatorade once a day, 5gs

dont do ANY prohormones, they will shut you down when u are done

come back in 3-4 yrs, if you still love bodybuidling, hit a plateau, and have your life in order, give roids a shot if yuour interested in them
