Need Help Deciding

So i've been working out on and off for a couple years now, and seriously for about a year and seem to have reached a sort of plateau that i'm having trouble getting past. I'm 6'1 and weight about 165 with under 10% bf. I've tried weight gainers and upped my diet significantly but I cannot seem to increase my weight at all...I was wondering if there is a supplement or drug that can help me with this that has very mild side effects. Also a dosage or something would be very helpful.

if you're under 20 years old don't even think about taking steroids,you've got a shitload of natural testosterone flowing through your body as it is...and if you take steroids it could stunt your growth and fuck your system up.

instead try taking creatine,and increase your protein intake substantially.train heavy and hard but with proper form........and get enough rest to recover correctly.do this for a few years and I guarantee you will build muscle.don't look for a 'quick' fix or drug because most likely you will get scammed by a supplement company looking to screw you over.

I researched for about a year before i started my first cycle. This is so key bro to getting the most out of ur cycle.. Then i went with test E. 600mg a week for 10 weeks. Went real well for me
 
Thanks alot for the input. I am only 18 right now and appreciate the advice. I wasn't really thinking about actually taking steroids yet, I was mostly just wondering about some other supplement that could give me a little boost. I think creatine is probably what I'll do. Thanks alot.

Oh yah i know, i already take protein and multivitamins...i was just looking for something else. Has anyone tried ZMA? I was reading about the natural increase on testerosterone and HGH levels. Has anyone tried this?
 
Have you tried UNLEASHED and BIG BLAST? I guarentee you'll pack on another 10 pounds naturally in 2 months with that stack if used correctly.
 
why dont you post your diet so we can give you critque, supplements wont do much if your diet is off..

at 6'1, 165 you need to be eating alot..
 
It's hard to post exactly what i eat because it varies alot...I usually have 4 meals from when i get up to when i work out. All of them consist of meat or other high protein foods (peanut butter, eggs, dairy) , i know my protein intake is high and my PWO shake has 1100 calories, 60g of protein and 175 grams of carbs. I would say i get at almost 4000 calories / day...but i can't put on weight.
Also...the post by Nelson seems almost like an advertisement...could someone elaborate on what those supplements he recommended do?
