Need Advice Please JUST found out fiancee uses steroids DO NOT know what to do!!!!!

Hello,

I need some advice please. I am engaged to a professional bodybuilder. My fiancee has ben working out and competeing for almost 10 years. He is 30 years old now. He is 6'3 and weighs 280 pounds. However when we met he told me he used steroids a long time ago. I believed him... Throughout our relationship I was skeptical because he would have mood swings, sweat a lot, his testicles sometimes disappear... what i am getting too is this... i found a bag of (deca... something i forgot the full name) and bottles of enantat with needles.. i am devastated. i did not confront him about this because i am in shock and im not the type of person that likes arguing and i know if i confront his about this we will fight. also i have been trying to get pregnant and he has been teling me he wants to have children now im thinking is he is on this stuff can we ever have kids?? anyone please give me some advice please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what does enantat and deca do to you .. can he ever have kids.. withyears of use..

Talk to him about it. Its in the open now so you need to talk to him and discuss it.

As long as he does his homework and doesn't abuse them he will be ok. Find out as much as you can yourself to so that you understand it is what he is taking.

I am 36 and got my wife pregnant last summer after a cycle.

Talk to him about it. If he's addicted and/or abusing the stuff, it will show over time. It will be signs such as never-ending cycles and other classic signs of addiction (i.e. denial, deal-making behaviors). If you accept what he's doing, speak openly with him about it and actually be a part of what he's doing, you're much more likely to get good information.

If he isn't abusing, then thank him for the effort and count yourself lucky. Instead of becoming a cheetos-loving couch potato he's actually being proactive and keeping himself in tip-top shape. A TON of guys, once they reach their 30's just shut down physically as their natural testosterone levels fall. Your guy didn't, so thank him for it!

Are you against steroids or simply concerned about his health and your relationship? If he has taken the time to educate himself and is being reasonable about his use then you shouldn't worry about his health. I would assume he wasn't honest with you because he didn't want you to worry and/or assumed you would not approve. How did you react when he told you that he used steroids in the past? Does he have any reason to think being honest with you now would cause problems? Bottom line is that this is part of being a professional for many bodybuilders. If it is something you can accept, as long as it doesn't threaten his health and your family plans, then you just need to talk to him and let him know your concerns. If you are just plain against steroid use for any reason then you still need to talk to him but the outcome is something you'll have to work on.

this may be a joke but if not i think you need to have a mature discussion about this with your fiancee.,he most likeley did not tell you because he was scarred of what you would think of him if you knew, as for getting pregnant it is still possible even while using anabolics
enanthat and deca are anabolics steroids enanthate if testosterone and deca is nortestosterone ,bolth can be perscribe by a doctor for mediacal use .

i dont think this is something you need to forget about you need to confront him on it and talk about it ,now comming from someone in his position i can understand why he would not have told you ,is very hard when you care about someone to tell them that you do or use something 95% of people look down on ,so just remember that anabolics can be used in a safe and mature way hope this helps good luck

I agree with the other guys. It isnt as bad as you think. Majority of the guys on this board are smart about it. Some of the kids or younger guys you see in the gym abuse and dont understand how to cycle or do post cycle therpy. You need to talk to him and he will clear this up. He is taking two of the basic AAS...Just talk to him..

doesn't sound real legit, but if you're serious, you need to communicate with him and learn what it is all about. Can't hide things from eachother if you plan on things working out. Good luck!
