need advice on HRT+

Zyglamail, I appreciate your response - i have 40-45 minutes 6 days/ a week to work out, of the six days i do cardo 3 - I do circuit training the other three with weights usually 3 sets 8- 15 reps. Im 48 i have not the time or desire to work out 1 1/2 hrs - I have been a "big boy" before 18- 35- use to love the gym - my family is now my priority- Typical diet three eggs with salsa for breakfast , half cup of greek 0% fat yogart at 10 am and 3pm, 225 grams of steamed soybeans for lunch, dinner-2-3 cups of pasta with about 1/2 cup of sauce and 2-3 meatballs- less the 1600 calories/day. Instead of the pasta somes times i will eat a pound of steamed veggies with fake spray butter for flavor. this has worked well in the past the only difference is now im taken 200mg of cyp every two weeks.

Zyglamail i am open to suggestions- feel free to give them

And therein lies your problem, your diet and workout are not OK. Dont assume I am going to tell you to spend all the time in the gym, on the contrary id say 4 day a week for an hour of working out will need to add 10-20 minutes for a good warmup.

Next 8-15 reps is not the range that builds strength.

1600 calories a day?? Am I reading that right? If thats the case eat some damn food. At your size you need like 3000 cals a day for maintenance. Go 2400-2500 to drop some fat.

Your overtraining and undereating and when you do train you sure arent training for size/strength. All the gear in the world isnt going to overcome a calorie deficit like that and poor training.
