Zyglamail, I appreciate your response - i have 40-45 minutes 6 days/ a week to work out, of the six days i do cardo 3 - I do circuit training the other three with weights usually 3 sets 8- 15 reps. Im 48 i have not the time or desire to work out 1 1/2 hrs - I have been a "big boy" before 18- 35- use to love the gym - my family is now my priority- Typical diet three eggs with salsa for breakfast , half cup of greek 0% fat yogart at 10 am and 3pm, 225 grams of steamed soybeans for lunch, dinner-2-3 cups of pasta with about 1/2 cup of sauce and 2-3 meatballs- less the 1600 calories/day. Instead of the pasta somes times i will eat a pound of steamed veggies with fake spray butter for flavor. this has worked well in the past the only difference is now im taken 200mg of cyp every two weeks.
