Need a tweaking on workout

I will be getting more legs back into my workouts. Starting a little tweak to the whole routine this week starting Saturday

I read it a few times in muscle mags i will find it. But basically the leg muscles are the biggest or atleast one of the biggest muscle groups so when u train your legs hard they get sore and that triggers your body to release and produce more test to help aid in recovery and repair. Hence bigger muscle bigger release. I will look it up tho see if i can find it
