no, synthol does not increase contractile strength of muscle tissue. The guy looked worse than Valentino, I never thought I would ever utter that sentence. At least valentino had muscle going on in other places.........this guy, sans balloon arms, might not look like he even lifts.

No. There is no strength increase. The only increase you have besides the trauma/swelling of the muscle is an increase in possible muscle tears. Once you swell your arms up over 1" diameter with fluids in them, you do NOT want to start working out heavy as you will do nothing but risk rupturing the muscle.
Damn look at all that bruising. That's some serious tissue damage.
