My wk out split..ur valued comments pls!

Lower back(deadlifts)+Legs(squats,curls,extensions,presses)
REST
Chest(bench,flys,inclines,pullovers)+Triceps(french presses,skull crushers)
REST
Shoulders(BNP,laterals,upright rows,shrugs)
REST
Upper back(bent overs,pullups,t-bars) +biceps(barbell curls)

Let me know if u guys thing my back split is ok.Combining legs and lower back.Also combining upper back and biceps.Also do I do the deadlifts first or the squats. Any fine tuning needed anywhere ? Thanks bros!

Been training for a total of 8 months effective.150 pounds,5 ft 9,15 inch arm,40 inch chest,quads just about the same size as my arms(shit!!!:mad: ).No I am not a "bar body",just that my legs don't respond.Usually do 10 sets for larger BP and 5-6 sets for smaller ones.Reps:4-8 rep range.
