My Wife Hate the Test Gel Smell What should I ask My Doc for instead?

Right now he is giving me test gel of 50mg a day that I rub on my shoulders. Do I really get all 50mg or is some lost from application? Anyway, it really smells bad and the reason I am on it is because my test levels are around 244(whatever that number means) Anyway my wife HATES the smell which means less sex for me. So I am going to ask him for a injectable alternative. I was think sos 250 redi jets like the mexican pharmacies carry. If they don't have that , what should I ask him for?

I would just like to get my test levels at a respectable level for sex drive and energy. I wouldn't mind a little gains at the gym as a secondary result though.

thanks.

if your in USA there are no american SUST redijects.
you will most likely be prescribed TEST CYP or ENAN

Not gyno as far as I've noticed, but his estrogen levels did shoot up too high. He's been on TRT for over a year and a half now, gets blood draws every ten weeks like clockwork.

Even on 200 mg/2 weeks his free test levels are generally in the 1000+ range. If he gets his blood draw within a week of the shot the doctor has a coronary :lmao: I guess we could switch him to 100 mg/week but hubby's really not wild about the shot to begin with so this works out best for everyone.

His problem's never been sex drive, he gets really depressed, loses all ambition and sleeps too much when his levels get low.

He is lucky to have levels that high on 200mg after a week. I tried that and mine droped right off after a week, and very low at about the 10 day mark. Told the doc felt like crap the second week and he put me on 100mg a week. It's better....my levels stay at 500 most times but I rarely stayon that HRT for long and usually I cycle...much more fun:)

Just talked to the doc. Told me to come in to get a 200mg ml shot tomorrow. What is bothering me is the nurse said I will only get one a month? That ain't enough is it? Also told him about arimidex and didn't say anything about it.

Bro...do not get monthly shots. That is a recipe for disaster. I went through this with my first TRT doc and it took several months of feeling miserable to realize that my Testosterone levels were all over the map. As Nelson said, 100mg/week works best for 95% of the men out there. That will maintain stable levels.

Need of an anti-E is age/bf dependent. I would avoid use of an AI (like Adex) unless it is needed. Some Estrogen is necessary and if you drive it too low, you'll wreck your lipid panel, get joint pain, etc. If you have the symptoms of high E (bloating, nipple issues, brain fog), then use the Adex.

My 2 cents.

Thanks. They are giving me blood work in two weeks. So hopefully after that they will do the 100mg/wk.

My husband is 54, he's on real HRT (I don't know what else to call it) he doesn't cycle, he doesn't lift weights or really exercise and he has (unfortunately) a higher BF level than he should (which may contribute to his maintaining levels???) but is probably why he needs to stay on Arimidex ... like I said, the doctor is satisfied with all of his other levels. He'll be getting a draw in about three weeks so I need to remind him to get a copy of his blood work.
