my training vids..

IMHO it doesn't look like you use your hips or shoulders on that power clean. I see the leg drive, and you generate decent speed off the floor. But, it looks like you bend your elbows too soon, and pull it up.

I will comment on your powerclean and maybe your squat some outher time.
It's hard for me to pick out faults with the crap picture quality, but ile do my best.
I think it's a bad idea to be doing any lift in front of a mirror, trying to anylise your technique from front on is a bad idea, you should be looking at your form side on, like from a camera afterwards and never from a mirror. Rippetoe gives a good explanation of why not to use mirrors in starting strength.
Also it's hard to tell from the picture quality but are you catching the bar on your anterior delts ? it looks like your just holding the bar up with your hands/fingers
Try get a better camera.
Bump for more feedback on the powerclean vid

For the powerclean, it looks like you're doing an upright row and reverse curling the bar into position, as s8nlilhlpr said.

And then you're not getting the bar onto your delts. Try to get your elbows more forward and higher and get your upper arms more horizontal. That will create a base on your delts that the bar can sit in.

Do you have a copy of Starting Strength? That will explain things far better than I can.

The squat looked fine. The rear three-quarter camera angle seems to be best for both lifts, so get your cameraman to stay there and not move the camera - it's difficult to tell when your bodyparts are moving when the camera isn't still.

your hips look too low at the start, put your shoulders over the bar or slightly in front on the powercleans, that will put the hips in the right place

wow.. thx guys.. i didn't know i was doing it all wrong.. i'll try to research on the technique k.. and i'll post up another one soon..

I couldn't have said any better. Really get that book it is awesome. I thought my technique was good but learned so much more from his book. It will be a tremedous help especially with your cleans.
