My stomach skin is saggy from losing 60lbs, what can i do.

anything that boosts the formation of collegen & elastin will help (as will time if you're relatively young).

so anavar, EQ, GH, & topical Retin-A & topical copper peptide products (neutrogena visibly firm night cream for example).

varies greatly individual to individual, but generally speaking, under 35ish. do the skin-pull test on the skin between thumb & pointer finger (how long it takes to retract) or back of hand. theres a mapping of seconds to aging but i dont recall the numbers.

p.s. my last girlfriend was brazillian. NEVER AGAIN (until next time) (see my 3rd signature quote below) :spatts: :goatslaye :D

LOL

thanks for the reply bro .

Yep nowadays , I just don't trust ANY WOMAN . Hell , I think I don't even trust my mom anymore .

i have the same problem, went from 305 chub down to the rock hard (or not as chubby) 230. I had people tell me all sorts of different stuff to get rid of that skin, and nothing worked. I've talked to a physician and said I'd need an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) which runs anywhere from 7 to 10 grand.
It sux, all the hard work you do to get where you're at, and you're still apprehensive to take off your shirt. It's just up to you what you think is more important, the money or your loose skin. Good luck either way bro.

No, no, no....why is everyone promoting surgery and drugs?!!

The skin itself is an organ that is remarkably capable of repairing itself. It is literally constantly regenerating and it replaces itself in 1-2months. Give it what it needs and it will naturally tighten up. Hydration and moisturizing are important.
Drinking lots of water.
As mentioned, try a good body lotion. Neutrogena makes some good products.
Natural aloe-vera is good too.
EFA's, Vit. C & E, along with a good mulit-vitamin/mineral also will help.

Like anything else it will take time.

HGH does help increase skin elasticity, but NOT to the extent that this gentleman is talking about....Already tight skin will tighten up even more with HGH....but it will not get rid of a big roll of saggy soft loose skin that is left after a significant weight loss....for the amt of $$ you'de spend on all the HGH, you'll be MUCH happier with the results of surgery....you can train your abs till you're blue in the face...all you'll get is a set of REALLY strong shapely abs..under a big saggy roll of soft skin...your upper abs may even come through...but the skin "apron" will remain...trust me , I know this...surgery my man....good luck to you!!

bro, god knows i am NOT promoting surgery. I don't know if you personally understand this type of situation. We're talking about when you bend over, your stomach skin just hangs there...it's disgusting.

If I could have found ANYTHING that works, and believe me, I've tried EVERYTHING, I would be telling this guy what works, but the truth of the matter is that those of us that have lost a lot of weight in a short period of time have the same issues as women who are done with their pregnancies, and the only thing that is going to tighten up the skin to the point that you can ever see your abs is an abdominoplasty. Cutting away the extra skin, no more, no less. Sorry, its a fact, and unless you are in the same boat as us, you would not know.
