my so far disappointing cycle

well im on 500mg/wk of sust.. i started last week on tuesday and its my first cycle.. now i know im not suppose to see any real gains after a week because of the release of the esters bla bla bla.. but what im disappointed about is that im not even motivated to work out.. i mean steroids was a big step for me, i read almost everything i could get my hands on and knew it was the right time, but common, i figured just knowing that this stuff is in me i would'nt want to leave the gym.. i was even more motivated back when i was taking creatine for gods sake.. anyway i know im being a pussy i just had to get this of my chest.. and whom better to share this than you guys(tear :) ..

sounds to me like you have some other issued independent of the steroids, maybe this wasn't a good time in your life or wasn't a good time of the year for you to start...........but i suggest you suck it up and get your ass going!!

go to the gym...NOW!!!!
 
Drive does not come on the point of a needle it comes from your heart. I have been training for 27 years and I trained till I puked the last two workouts. You need to look inward and find the "something" that is your motivating factor. Never fucking surrender...never. Like my signature. "the weak suffer what they must. bro you need to do One of two things

A. Be a little bitch, and skip workouts every other day and workout halfassed and waste what gear you've bought.

OR

B. Grow some nuts, get you an mp3 player full of disturbed or some music that pumps you up, and go lift some daym weights!

if you "halfass" want to work out you shouldn't even consider AAS

Steroids will not make you get off your fat ass at 6 am and go to the gym 6 days a week, steroids wont make you spend hours cooking chicken and preparing meals,steroids are not magic it just amplifies what you are willing to do with your own drive and determination.Its been one week steroids are not going to make you asuper hero even after 10 years of use.Its not gonna make you do things you didnt have the drive to already do.

If your fighting your self after one week to get into the gym and work out you should jsut throw the gear away in my opinion becuase in a few years you'll be fat and just gave up any ways.No need to waste time might as well meet your destiny to be a fat american and join the other 60% of you guys obese.

So knock off the bullshit soldier GET THE FUCK IN THE GYM!

oh and chazk, i've been working out crazy for 6 years now dedicated as hell.. i didn't expect steroids to make me superman -far from it.. i guess drrman is right- its just a phase.. oh and btw im israeli (:
 
So much bunk being sold anymore...No one wants to admit it...Bunk will make you feel like shit! I got free bunk from satch made me feel like shit i gave that crap away! Its not always the users lack of working out ect...Juice will get your ass moving and working out if its real! Its not a cure no but its not going to make you feel like shit either and lazy!
 
You probably should have taken a week off from the gym before starting your cycle so you were crazy pumped about getting back to the gym. That way you could be sure you wont start the cycle overtrained ( which you sound a little bit ). Also that usually allows any slightly nagging issues with joints or tendons to clear up.
 
1 week isnt long enough to feel the effects...also you should depend on gear to get you motivated to go workout..shit I love the gym on or off...regardless...

Although I am not fat and work out hard in the evening. nothing will get my ass out of bed that early to excersize! The drill sergeants did though when I was in the military but that was just out of fear! j/k actually no not a joke its true! lol!

eh? redline is packed w/ caffeine/synephrine. a lot more than vit c.

Chase it with coffee! Ingredients on my can simply say Vitamin C. No other ingredients are listed. You would think due to potential lawsuits they would need to list caffeine etc. Maybe I just did not see it I will check again but who knows. Also an extra kick B-12 with it. But you can take too much of that over time

Don't be a pussy. You'll get off on the cycle when it kicks in. But if you let that be your only motivation you're in the wrong game. You need to be going balls out right now.

exactly, look at quad, he has 2 put in an incredible ammount of time, work and pain, he's not always excited 2 go workout but look at him it pay'd off, when i'm on the sauce i ENJOY the pain, i want it!
 
Allthough i side with my fellow iron warriors and thier responces , i will add it's slightly possible being a first time user that you are experiancing a bit of steroid fever or steroid flue as some call it ...

I've had it in the past where it pretty much had me bed ridden .....

You also must be aware that some people are alergic to synthetic test !!! It's not as rare as some of you may think to have an adverse reaction .
 
One more thing ..... 500mg of sust for the first time ? how did your injection site feel , the prop in that stuff hurts like a bastard for most guys . Hope your gear is on the up and up

Don't feel bad , i put 100 mg of straight prop in my right quad on saturday and 100 mg in the left one on sunday . I could'nt run up the stairs right now if my life depended on it .


current cycle 100mg prop ED & 50mg tren ace ED
 
my sus must be fake or under dosed cause mine never hurts at all i am on week 6 and still dont feel great only gained 6 lbs and not too much stronger

Fake or poor diet or routine, lack of enough sleep or any combination thereof. Did you eat tons of protien? Multi-Vitamins supplements, creatine, so damned much protien your ass smelled like a garbage truck full of rotten fish carcuses (sp). Worked out more than a few reps? Pushed yourself? Did not just lift what you already knew you could dailly but went above and beyond what you thought you could do. Just an idea of things to consider.

well sleep i am lacking been only getting 4-5 hours a night work messin me up with that as far as eating i eat not the cleanest diest but i am eating yes i always work out hard that didnt change
 
A lot of people think they workout hard when in reality they don't workout near hard enough. Like Quad said he did, I threw up doing legs the other day. 14th time it has ever happened to me. You should feel like crap the next day after working out so hard. It should be hard to get up in the morning. Working out this hard will give you an aura. Not only will you look better than most of the population physically, but you will also be mentally more confident and emit that confidence aura at all times.

If you think you workout hard, do double the reps with the same or slightly less weight and do double the sets. 5 workouts on every body part. Workout until you feel like you're going to pass out. Then you will know what to do every time you're there.

If you are not going to be serious about it, you better don't play with your health and with the law. Stay focus on what you're doing. Prioritize things in life, plan for the future, act accordingly.

I hear you there. Thats probably where I lack the most too!
 
First cycle ... 500 mg of Sust p/w ... first week. Nothing happening.

Sounds about right to me. Let us say your drug is real. Sust builds up over time. Really kicks in 3rd week. And lasts for 2 weeks after you stop.

Just continue to train hard, eat big and recover. You'll see a difference second week of August.

Even then, don't expect to be an animal. Look for reasonable gains in a much shorter period of time. Take a scientific approach to all this.

And have some fun as you learn about your body.

I used to work out like that. Never gained shit, weighed 155lbs. Then I took a week off and swelled up 5lbs that week. Now I train like a powerlifter, low reps, heavy weight, 2-3 exercises per bodypart. My gains went through the roof when I started doing this. Not everybody can do the type of workout you suggest. Their body just wont respond like yours.

I've been regularly training the same way and have always gotten positive results. I'm still working my way up to planning my first cycle, but I still get good results natty with a powerlifting training style.
