My knees hurt all day everyday. It takes almost a full half hour to get my knees warmed up enough so I can squat. My max is over 550 but the heaviest set I go is 315 x 10 reps now. On a side note, When I said I don't go heavier than 315 sometimes I will front squat to make it harder. I did 315 for 10 on front squats last tuesday. I have to admit, that shit was really hard.
