I still need to take a back pic, but I ran out of film. Wasted a bunch of shots on it.

If the mods could leave it here it would be great...I respect everyones opinion here on the training board.

Kinda hard to tell in the 2nd pic, but it looks like you've really packed some size on your arms, especially.

Good work!

Good work! Big transformation.

Test Boy, How'd you like that creative over the bicep camera work?
Yea......that got my attention. Turned out pretty good too.

I have not taken a self photo in 6 years. wtf.

Cept for the time I tried to photograph willy. Needed a wide angle for that one.

maybe its just the way you are holding the camera, so its hard to tell...but a lil width would be nice! what is ur rep range for most exercises? maybe drop that down, and increase the weight! what are ur goals?

well I've never been a big fan of high reps--all my sets are in between 4-6 reps.

are u talking about shoulder to shoulder width?

Good job. Ready for that pingpong match? Take a look at that arm in my avatar. That's the arm that will be slamming the ball at you 100mph. plus. I still expect to get my ass kicked by a former tennis champ. Great progress on the body.

great progress. i was 6' and 128# at 18. the navy actually told me to go home and gain some weight then come back. i went back a month later at a whopping 134#, just enough to get in.
now im 200#. people trip out.

but ofcourse it took me alot longer, keep up the good work.

holy shit dude, nice bicep...I'm all set for a match one of these days...just promise not to put me in a headlock when you lose ;)

That 3rd pic is disturbing:(

Nice progress bro.
I use to weight 135 @ 5'-9" in high school.
I know how it feels, but adding quality weight like you did is a great feeling of accomplishment.

That's an amazing amount of progress. Good job. Do you know what's been your actual LBM gain during that period?

That really is awesome progress for someone of your height and as thin as you were. Great work.

are you frikkin kiddin me:bawling: all that weight in just two years

Congrats man, you look GREAT for two years of training. I've been training for about 4 years, although it's been off and on due to injury...and I'm only weighing in at 170lbs. In just under 2 weeks, i'll reach 1 year of dedicated training with no injuries...and I've gained MAYBE 15lbs...
IMO, the work you've done in 2 years is nothing short of incredible...I'd have to gain 30lbs in the next year to be your size and I know THAT'S not happening...CONGRATS

WalkingBeast-left arm is 16.5, right is 16...left leg is 26, right is 25.5, I dont really know any others, my whole left side seems to be a half inch bigger than my right.

anya-Not sure how much lbm I gained...I know I was at 11% in my before pic...pretty shitty for being that skinny..current bodyfat seems to be 12-14%, havnt had it checked though so thats just a guess. I would like to say all my weight was lbm...but obviously theres the whole water issue, so its hard to tell.

MnFguy49-30 lbs in the next year is entirely possible, I actually gained 50 lbs in my first 8 months...simply from eating a ton of food. I put a lot of fat on too though and decided to cut...did a horrible job at it, droped my calories way too fast and ended up at 160 from 190. I learned my lesson after that, and decided to bulk cleaner, and lift heavier...during my 2nd year I think made way more progress than my first. In fact, if I could do everything over again with my current knowledge...I'd probably end up around 10 lbs heavier at the same bodyfat.
