Hi. I'm kind of new to the forum. Tell me what you think.

6'4" 238

17.5 arms
48 chest
14 forearms
36 waist = ugh!! use to be 33



Legs are ok, but not great 26". - that's why no pics. hahaha

I don't do cardio, shame on me.

I haven't done a cycle in almost 3 years. Funny thing: at the end of my last cycle I weighed 220 max. I'm bigger and stronger now. I even took off a year before getting back to the gym. I lost all gains and couldn't even bench 225 for 10...very sad. I'm anxious to hit another cycle soon though.

Here are the legs.

26" quads
 
Bro your the same height as I am but you have me by 35 lbs. You got swoll ones bro, huge. Hit a cycle. then I would like to see some pics.
 
A proper diet ( aimed at losing the excess BF) and some anabolics and you'll look supa dupa fly!!!!

you're a pretty big S.O.B.....imho...you need to work on your shoulders, chest, and legs. After you develope those, you'll be a bad mutha fucka!!! Keep up the Good work!!!
 
hey man u r one big mofo.. however if i might add just a little tincy weency advice for u.... (shhhh...work the mid lats man bring it up and u will look twice as big.:vanp:
 
I love....

..... carbs! I know it's terrible, but I eat way to many carbs. :p I think it would help me if I cut some carbs out of my diet (half) and hit some cardio.

Personally, I like my shoulders/traps the most.....I think they look better than in the pics.

all I do for traps is straight bar shrugs with wrist straps. If I go to the gold's gym, I'll use the shrug machine. With the straight bar, I do 4 - 5 sets heavy- 1 set 315 x12, 2 sets 405x10, 1 set 455x6-8, 1 set 315x12 - to finish with a great pump. Strict form, no use of biceps and no bouncing of legs. I don't use circular motions either - straight up - straight down. I do this once a week as with all my exercises.

Wish my legs would respond like my traps. :confused:
 
Looking good bro, I am wanting to get my traps like yours. I am having great success this bulking cycle with gains in shoulders and traps...so hopefully soon they will be popping up like yours.
 
I agree with serge .as far as legs you may have to do like me-mine will not respond unless i blast the living hell outta them once a week..............RADAR
 
You look good. Very nice shoulders and bi`s. Looks like the back is nice and thick also. With your frame, blast those thighs and they will come in just fine. Overall, very good work.
 
look pretty good, i got sorta the same body type but shorter and leaner...5'10 200 and growing really fast but same type size...for now haha....hit up the old test/fina/winny...havent tried it but it looks really good from that people say
 
You look diesel bro, but you need to pump up your chest its lookin kinda flat. My legs will not respond no matter how I blast them?? Other than that you look like a big sob.

How'd you guess? I hate doing abs. I haven't done them in months. Guess I should start them back up again along with my cardio work.:bawling:



Anyone:

What are some good moves for thickening the chest and back areas?

Currently I only do flat, then incline bench. For a total of 8 sets for both flat and incline. Sometimes I'll reverse the sequence.

For back I only do pull downs to the front, then either cable rows or hammer mach. rows - 8 sets total/4 each
then some pull downs at the high cable with locked elbows.
