Paulos- if this is really you.. who knows at this point.... but keep on keeping on with your determination and your good friends helping you out HI and Fonz.

Fonz and High Intensity- no disrepect, but I think that it is bullshit for you guy to sit there and take his side just because he is a dear friend to you (yeah that is what friends should do) but it is you guys job to do that to every guy that has the balls to post his fatass onto the pic board, not just your friends. Where were you when I and other fatasses were asking tons of questions and getting ridiculed by others on the board?? So far, this thread has been the only contructrual critizism that I have seen you post to someone and the only reason it is here is because he is your friend. If you are going to be giving construtrual critizism to one person you need to be giving to all that post and seek help. Don't you think that by ever fat ass posting pics of their fat ass is a GIANT red flag saying help?

Citricide and other harsh fellas- I know of you technique well.. it was used on me and worked great. But there is a point that should be considered and GINnJUICE made the point. Which is that every person through their entire lives has made them feel completely lower than life itself. Their posting of their pic (regardless if it really is them) is a giant red flag for immediate attention and help from those that know what to do best.

Not trying to make any enemies.....but some things just seem to piss me off... but like Fonz (I think) said... "Welcome to Cyberspace".

I can tell you that I to am shocked and appalled at Paulos' shape and body fat, as a friend it hurts as a PT is makes me angry. He told me he liked to eat but as you can see here, eating is more than a habbit of maintaining life for this man. I can only hope, well actually I know from our long talk last night that this post has changed his life, he's going to be on a strict diet.

But he will not budge, on the aas use as he is obsessive over keeping his above average strength. We even pondered a move to becomming a power lifter, but in the end he wants and deserves that sleek body builder look.

I know Paulos, I chat with him online... trust me, he is greatful for the frank and upfront advice I have given him... all his life people are telling him "Oh, you're not that bad", so he hasn't done anything about it... well, it's time for someone to, and as his friend, it's my duty to do that.
