Sometimes it really takes this type of stuff to get you motivated. Many years ago, I had turned into your average fatass attorney. My frined one day told me a was a big fatass etc, and that got me back in the gym FAST!

lardous do you think you could please keep a Journal of what you eat ed on your new diet. My cousin is a little over weight, and the funny thing is I happen to mention your story to him last night,
I told him how you and I talk on and off these boards. Well fuck me silly if that man was not inspired by you and decieded right then and there to finally attempt to over come his weight problem.

HighIntensity I am actually already keeping a journal of my Subway diet and Finaplix combination. It is in the platinum members section.
 
Paulos, I would like to offer an OBJECTIVE opinion as I have never talked to you once before and you and I dont even know each other.

You say you want to retain as much mass as possible, correct? Well, in that case, the worst thing you can do is that damn subway diet, and if "c-ditty" knew the least bit of what he was talking about he would realize this.

Examine the facts:

2 Footlong subs per day and a bag of chips with each sub.

Around 1500 Calories

Around 80-110 grams of protein

Around 120 grams of carbs

Anybody who would reccomend this diet for retaining mass doesnt know their ass from a bellybutton, which goes to show the "credability" of a few members.

Keep the calories in the area of 2000 per day
Keep the protein in the area of 200-300 per day
Keep the carbs UNDER 100 GRAMS per day
Keep the fat below 30 grams per day

You dont like to do cardio? At least you are being honest. In that case, WALK to and from the gym. While at the gym, shorten the rest time inbetween sets to keep your heartrate up, and try supersetting to maximize fat burning.

Dont overdo it with the gear. You want to stay on? Fine. Drop the test and eq. Keep a low dose of fina along with some clen.

Almighty I saw your old pics and your new avatar so obviously you know what you are talking about, but C-Ditty offered to help me first so I will stay on his diet for 10 weeks. If I do not see good results then I will go ahead and try your approach.

I will go ahead and walk to the gym as you say, it is only across the street so I don't mind.

Also I don't want to drop the Test because I don't want to get "Fina Dick", I like being able to Masturbate.

I think the whole Subway Jarred diet was a joke by C...

I mean come on....there's no way in hell C-ditty would suggest
that piece of s*** diet(If you can even call it that LOL) to anyone.

I get the definate impression that somebody is pulling our leg....... :)

I don't see what is funny. You guys said I am nothing but fat so if the Subway diet keeps me fulfilled and doesn't have that much protein then what does it matter. I don't have any muscle anyways right?

I tried it out for the first time today and it was good. I felt fulfilled and not "cheated" or hungry like I feel with normal diets. I got a diet soda and I got Sunchips because they had the least calories.

I am sorry you guys find this as a big joke but for once I am determined to do something and I am going to stick to it. If I switch diets again I will just lose motivation. I have been there before.

If you are just going to post doubting weather this is a goddamn joke or not save your fucking time. I am getting just a wee bit tired of it.
