I had taken A LOT of time off from training, initially because of an injury, but later just being lazy. Months turned to years, and after a lot of pizza and a lot of beer, I basically reverted back to my untrained state, only a lot fatter.

I've been back at it for a solid three months.. Lost a lot of fat, but am now focusing on gaining some muscle back.

Both of these pics were taken on the same day. The lighting is poor, so there isn't much definition. I'll post better ones later when I can rig up some lighting.

I did some very mild cycles (never more than 500mg/week of anything) about 7-8 years ago but then took a long time away. I didn't touch an AAS (or barbell) for several years. As I mention, I got -very- out of shape. Then, about a year ago I did a mild TA (50mg EOD) cycle, but then lost all my gains when I got an injury. After several months of half-assed dieting and training, I began a TA cycle (50mg EOD) three months ago. I kept the dose low because of hypertension. Now that I have meds, I'm going up to 50mg TA ED so long as I can control my BP. I respond really well to AAS, so looking forward to the increased dosage cycle.

Currently 5'11'' 185. Looking to add a good 20lbs. This is the first time I have really buckled down on BOTH diet and training. It seemed before I'd do well on one or the other, but never was serious enough to be able to pull it all together like now.

TA by itslef with no te5t?? bp meds usually do funny things to your noodle anyway. . .throw in TA as a stand alone, and i think you're asking for trouble in the sack imho. . .

A lot of people have problems with TA alone... I don't... at all. We'll see how it goes at 50mg ED.

pretty much everything (except db0l) when taken without te5t, results in some "issues" for me :whatever:

also, when combined with bp meds, if you don't experience some issues, you are very lucky. . .
 
good results.

Low levels of gear can do wonders when you have diet and exercise under wraps - and by the looks of it you have it nailed down!
 
i thought that you were supposed to be outta shape?

you look great, muscle memory is a wonderful thing
 
I posted on your pics over on 'ology, nice to see some pics....for anyone whose been around these boards a few years, andys posts are basically legendary, he researches ASA use on levels that most of us would never understand

For over three months- I ate 1700 calories/day and did 2x30min on the eliptical. At the beginning of the third month I added 1hr of walking to that cardio. Surprisingly, I still gained some size, albeit a little. Now I'm going to focus on adding more bulk.

Tren is amazing on a low-cal diet.. even at 50mg EOD. We'll see how 50mg ED goes with higher calories and less cardio.

You have the physique that i want. I need to put on a little bit more mass and shed the little bit of fat and i will be there. looking good bro
