cable chest flys from low position is the best way to do it. it really adds to the exercise @Trenhead3cc A lot of training is more nuanced than people think, and you're showing it.

@Trenhead3cc it is a good change of pace to mix up when you work out. I always revert back to early am fasted though.

On just a sports TRT / mini at the moment
Really wish I was blasting but taking some time here and while work has been hectic along with family life it’s a good thing on not blasting as wouldn’t be getting the most out of it
Photo update as required but not too happy with current position
Taking some Nolvadex at the moment to clear some small gyno
