I'd split these sessions into 2.
 
What I do on days, I eat a lot of carbs like that is I drink a lot of juice.
But fresh juice this way is very alkaline in the body.
 
Best thing you did was quit alcohol and get out of your depression.

You owe it to your children to be happy for them. Not the time to be selfish.
 
Don't forget to stretch as well post-workout.
