Currently TRT 175mg per week.
Body fat approx 15percent - can see clearly 4 abs sometimes 6 in the morning fasted.

I train 5 days a week - 6am , ( have to to work around the kids, family and work)

History
Been going to the gym about 10 years full time 5 days a week over the course of the last 15 years. Came back 10 months ago / Dec 2023 after I Took a good 5 years off/ sporadic visits. Medicated for depression all 2023 , alcohol abuse. I self prescribed my see TRT - was able to drop the medication , pretty much quit drinking, (now only 1 or 2 socially maybe per month. Nothing on cycle tho.
TRT changed my life. Ran a cycle start of 2024 and another over mid 2024
Ran what I would call proper cycles in my life prior.

At the moment waiting on bloods to come back , running a course of Nolvadex as I have a little bit of tissue there I want to minimise prior to this cycle and this summer stack.

Will advise my planned stack shortly.

I can’t pose for shit, and as can see abit of back acne from the hormonal imbalance which came hard and fast. Looking forward to blood results , getting myself right.

Back into it tomorrow

@RofRandD 3 days in at 40mg a day of Nolvadex and already have a noticeable breast tissue reduction . So definitely his stuff is GTG

Didn’t record the food log. Wasn’t the best food over the weekend. still ate reasonably well. Also ate a Parma at a brewery . Note didn’t drink anything but water! Two reasons - don’t wanna drink anymore and also the liver toxicity of the Nolvadex

Can’t wait for tomorrow morning and smash some workouts

I have dropped to 125mg as of last week. For the next 4 weeks. Just as I had some extra breast tissue develop and just running the Nolvadex until mid November for cycle. May start sooner.

Liver values weren’t the best. Going to buy some all in support with Tudca this afternoon as the milk thistle isn’t doing enough clearly.
