Yesterday was chest day.. by far my most hated day.. i would rather do legs day twice that do chest.. I'm a typical ectomorphic body type, narrow body with long ass arms so benching is a chore..
I started yesterday with incline dumbbell presses. Was easily able to do last week's weight which was a plus but once I picked up the heavier dumbbell it felt noticeably heavier.. I knocked out 8reps but just felt weak as piss.. got another 2 sets with this weight for 8reps so I suppose progress is progress.. weighted dips were next and I can usually blast these out no problem but I struggled through 5sets..
All in all it was a good session but I still wasn't happy with it.. today is an off day from the gym so just going to eat all around me and play some Xbox.. got my bp checked today and it'll well within the normal range so n2guard is controlling that nicely.. this was one thing that I had noticed increased dramatically on previous cycles even with cycle support so nice to see n2guard actually delivers on its claim.. which is nice for a supplement
