My N2guard log

So here is my 1st ever log.. my cycle is a simple 4week of superdrol and mlmg

Cycle lay out is as follows

Superdrol 20mg daily (might bump to 30mg depending on sides)
MLMG 90mg daily
Forged bromo
Forged joint support
N2guard
Hcgenerate

Pct
Unleashed
Post cycle
Forma
DAA
Clomid (if needed)

I would 1st like to start by saying I have no affiliation with NTBM or Mr supps. I paid for everything myself this is my 1st time using N2guard so I will be comparing it against C.E.L cycle assist and AI cycle support which are probably its main rivals

Im running this cycle because I want to see how superdrol compares to dbol which I have run before. My training and diet are the best its ever been so I makes sense to run it when the going is good

My current stats are
26yr old
5'10"
191lbs
9% bf

The main sides I'm looking for (should I say not looking for) are bp issues, back and shin pumps, acne and just how I generally feel

I'm already day 4 into the cycle and I had my first sign of sides today when I was walking to the gym. I have to walk 2miles to the gym and on the way there its up a slight incline so shin pumps were crippling me.. or should o say shin pump as I only get it on my right shin never in the left.

I take my n2guard with the superdrol and MLMG but I was told that they shouldn't be taking together so if anyone would like to weigh on on this it would be appreciated.

I'll try make this a somewhat interesting log but its hard to log a product like N2guard as its working when there nothing to report

Ill be running something real basic like you when I do get around to it, with a test base hrt dose cyp. I'm much more interested in the ancillaries and support supps so this log is perfect

I'm just trying this without test at the moment to see how it compares to dbol.. I like how dbol makes me feel but I hate how bloated I get regardless of AI so superdrol could be the perfect solution.. I know the mlmg will bloat me a bit but it came with the superdrol and it seems mild enough..

I was scared too, but two weeks in, and I feel awesome. Taurine is a must, but maybe I'm just lucky.
 
Today was an awesome day.. had a brilliant sleep and it set me up for the whole day.. work for me starts at 6am and was working until 4 so it was long enough but even that couldnt ruin the day.. just felt good all day..

Trained legs today. I know Monday is usually international chest day but I always do legs as nobody is in the squat rack on Monday..

Front squats 10x8
Leg extension 10x7
Front squats 10x3
SLDL 10x5
Seated leg curls 10x5
Lunges 20x3

My back usually tightens up when doing squats when on cycle but the N2guard is doing its job so the were no pumps.. got a shin pump on my right shin when.walking to.the gym but it was bearable. Absolutely killed it in the gym.. couldn't have been happier with the session..

Reason I'm doing.front squats is because my hams completely overshadow my quads so I need to focus on quads for a while.

Heading out to the gfs house to be spoilt with food. She loves cooking and loves seeing me get bigger.. she knows about my AAS use and fully supports me.. she's awesome like that.. the only thong she doesn't like is the veins in my delts.

The n2guard is doing a lovely job so far. Woke this morning with a slight headache but went away immediately after I drank some water.. my bp hasn't risen which it did with dbol and my akon hasn't gotten any new spots.

Also it doesn't make my shit smell any worse with cycle support and cycle assist made it smell like a cat died in my ass..

One of my plums has either shrunk or the other has gotten bigger but I'll keep and eye on that..

Today I will be training shoulders later.. this is where I usually notice a big jump in strength when on cycle so hopefully it will be apparent today.. its 9am here so I'll check in later an update how today went

legs can be a bitch lol but fight threw it bro.We all have bad days but keep focus.Im still here following dude.
 
Felt so tired today even though I had an awesome sleep.. after every meal I felt ready to go to bed.. it didn't effect my training though.. It was a really good session 1st exercise was dumbbell shoulder presses which I usually love but today was just and off day for that exercise.. not increase on reps.or weight..

Every other exercise either the weight or reps/ sets went up so I'm very happy with that.. got an awesome pump in my shoulders and traps by the end of it.. bp is still exactly where it was before cycle so that great news.. o still get a shin pump when walking to the gym but its mild compared to other times..

Tomorrow is back day.. and its my favourite day so pumped for that..

can't wait to see how n2guard works with the dreaded back pumps after the deadlifts.

Today was back day and I did 7 sets of deads for 10reps working up to roughly 400lbs for 10.. I did get a back pump but it was mild and wad gone as soon as o had stripped the bar of its plates..

I also got a pressure headache but that went after 2mins of stopping the deads.. n2guard seems to be working a treat as regards bp, pumps and headaches.. most mornings I will wake with a headache but it due to.dehydration.

Session took longer than normal because I felt so tired..I was moving my normal weights with ease but when I wasn't lifting I wanted to sleep and I kept yawning and I hate those guys who yawn in the gym..

I'm looking so much fuller but abs are kind of being washed out.. I know the MLMG is very wet so it doesn't.concern.me because ill get my abs back once.I piss away the bloat..

Feeling good other than.the tireness, but next time I run superdrol it'll be with test so this is just an.experiment really

It's not major but I have lost definition in my serratus and lower abs.. might start my forma to keep it down.. its nothing like dbol or test even..

Cycle is still going good, not sides at the moment apart from a bit of lethargy. Am battling the flu.at the moment so I'm kinda feeling like shit.. training hasn't taken a hit but the rest of the time I.feel like pure shit.. work is kinda hectic at the moment so its taking its tole on.me but the coming week will be back to normal so can't wait to smash the gym next week..


I'm considering dropping the mlmg and upping the superdrol.. mlmg just seems to be bloating me and and not adding much to the cycle

I'm upping the superdrol to 30mg as I'm not getting any sides except for lethargy

I'm dropping MLMG altogether as its bloating me which isnt what I want from this cycle

And I started forma as nipples were a bit puffy looking.. not sore or itchy just a bit puffy

Today will be the 1st day upping to 30mg so it'll be exactly 2weeks at 30mg. I had an extra day off from the gym as just needed to recharge the batteries. I also had my 1st cheat meal in nearly 4weeks which was a burger, fries and garlic ciabatta bread.. I usually go for a Chinese but that makes me feel like shit the next day so I don't get that anymore..

Phsique I'm a lot more vascular, especially in my delts and quads.. I'm a lot fuller looking.. clothes are tighter and my traps have exploded like they always do on cycle..

I have no sides except for the lethargy and increase sweating.. I got one tiny nose bleed at the weekend but that always happens when I have a cold or flu so that's not a concern..

Hope this week will be a beastly one

Upper the superdrol today.. today was arms so was looking forward to seeing what I could do..

1st exercise was CGBP and didn't feel any change. Got and extra but didn't feel like I could increase the weight any.. but after my sluggish start things took off. Dips were awesome.. I beat my previous PR by 10lbs and got an extra 5reps aswell so can't wait to do dips again on chest day.. all my other exercise I breezed though everything else.. increased weight enough without compromising form

( this is massive for me because I'm a form Nazi, if you don't squat ass to grass then you're a cunt in my books. Even if its only light I will respect you more for doing it properly)

Lethargy wasn't an issue today but still sweating like a priest in a creche.. nips are still a bit puffy but I trust the forma to work

Very nice. I loved superdrol at 30mg per day. I got more drastic results in the shortest amount of time from this compound than I have any other AAS.
 
Glad to see another form nazi in here, I'm the same way when it comes to squats especially benching.. I'm interested in superdrol and wanting to run it in the winter

Its my pet peeve is guys not doing an exercise with proper form.. if I were to do anything differently for a superdrol cycle it would be to have some form of test base.. the lethargy is killing me other than that I have no sides so will see what this week brings at 30mg

i agree,all orals should have some sort of test base to be honest.If you want something very light and want to avoid needles, ts transaderm is a good choice.

Next time I run this it'll be with low dose test E for 12weeks.. I think I can still make great gains of 250mg.. 500mg came with to much bloating so I'm going to start low and work up until I find the sweet spot between gains vs sides

Today was a great day all round. Booked a weeks holiday to Nice in the south of France, killed it in the gym and generally just felt good, no lethargy or anything..

Today was chest day and it is still a weaker area for me but I'm making massive improvements.. my training the last few days have started out sluggish but finished off great, today however I felt awesome from the very beginning. Started with incline dumbbell pressing and added 2kg to each dumbbell got the 1st 6reps easy but the last 2 were pretty sloppy. 8 sets in total include 2warm up sets..

It was a quiet day in the gym so supersetted with weighted dips and chest press machine.. got a great pump from that, chest felt massive but still looked small :-) finished with dumbbell flies and cable flies to really squeeze the chest..

I got a shin pump today while walking to the gym but was gone once I stopped walking. My gym is 2miles away from my house up a slight incline so its not the ideal circumstances.. I seem to be reacting quite well to 30mg.. no more lethargy that 20mg no increase in sides at all.. still running forma and will continue to the end of pct as precaution..

All in all everything is going swimmingly, long bigger by the day but looking incredibly lean aswell and I'm not doing cardio.. eating around 400-600gm carbs daily and approx 250-300gm protein.. I have a high metabolism and an active job so the high carbs are necessary for me..

Sounds like a nice workout :) Glad to hear things are going well with this. I hate those shin pumps lol. Last time I tried to play soccer on cycle my shins were in so much pain from the pumps.

Today started out pretty badly.. the power went in the night and reset my alarm clock so I was an hour and a half late for work so breakfast was rushed and tiny, so I was starving until I got to go on break.. once on break I seemed to fill up very quickly without having eaten half my food..

My workout suffered today as a result I think.. shoulders is usually my favourite day but today just wasn't happening.. shoulder presses were the same as usual. No increase in weight or reps or sets.. just felt weak as hell.. all my other exercises went well and had no problems increasing weight and I got a wicked pump in my delts but just wasn't happy with the overall session..

I'm heading to bed early tonight because I feel kinda run down, not sick just worn out so im hoping I can have a savage back session tomorrow..

Starting to get a bit of acne on my shoulders which usually means my estrogen is too high so im upping the dosing of forma.. acne has been the only side I've had from steroids so I'm hoping it won't get any worse..

Training today went great.. 10sets of squats and 6 sets of SLDL gave me a wick back pump but it went away immediately unlike most times when it would hang around nearly all day so n2guard is really working in this department.. pumps were always crippling even with over cycle supports so I'm happy to report that n2guard is coming up trumps in this regard..

Tomorrow is chest day and marks the start of week 4.. so far there have been no increase in sides from 20 to 30mg except some acne..

All in all I've been very happy with the superdrol.. after reading some horror stories the only thing that I really suffered from was lethargy and I knew that was going to be an issue because I wasn't running a test base so that was expected..

Only for the n2guard I wouldnt even attempt 10sets.. on dbol and cycle assit I was getting pumps after my 1st set when I warmed up with just the bar..

Yesterday was chest day.. by far my most hated day.. i would rather do legs day twice that do chest.. I'm a typical ectomorphic body type, narrow body with long ass arms so benching is a chore..

I started yesterday with incline dumbbell presses. Was easily able to do last week's weight which was a plus but once I picked up the heavier dumbbell it felt noticeably heavier.. I knocked out 8reps but just felt weak as piss.. got another 2 sets with this weight for 8reps so I suppose progress is progress.. weighted dips were next and I can usually blast these out no problem but I struggled through 5sets..

All in all it was a good session but I still wasn't happy with it.. today is an off day from the gym so just going to eat all around me and play some Xbox.. got my bp checked today and it'll well within the normal range so n2guard is controlling that nicely.. this was one thing that I had noticed increased dramatically on previous cycles even with cycle support so nice to see n2guard actually delivers on its claim.. which is nice for a supplement

So today was back day.. I really was in no mood to go to the gym. Work at 6am and finished at 5pm so it was a long day lifting and moving stuff so I just wanted to relax but I made myself go..

It ended up being a really good session with the exception of my deads at the beginning.. my hands were so sweaty I couldn't keep grip on the bar so I had to use straps so I'm going to invest in some chalk.. I usually only need straps for my heaviest sets but I needed them a bit earlier today.. it was a great session and my lats were seriously pumped could even see a few veins poking through..

After my deads I had to sit down and let my back pump subside but once it went it didn't come back, not even when I was doing bent over rows. I had a nose bleed last night but it was because my gf smashed me in the face with a book.. was pretty funny but my nose is kinda sore now.

Have no updates in terms of sides.. I don't have crazy libido but when things heat up I am well able to rise to the occasion and keep it there so I haven't noticed an difference there so hcgenerate is working nicely with the n2guard.. its a very simple cycle and its been very effective.. looking forward to running SD again with test

how much weight have you put on since the beginning ?

I won't weigh myself until next Wednesday which is my 1st day of pct.. I don't like to look at the scales as this isn't too important to me.. I would say with confidence that its in the double figures because I just look so much fuller, but I'm also incredibly lean and vascular.. but I'm so fucking pale so its not very apparent.. after holidays that should change

Sorry for the long time between updates had some stuff come up.. I have some good news and bad news.. the good news 1st, training on Friday went great shoulders/traps.. I love this day because I get my shoulders super pumped and it seems to last for days..

Strength was up a bit but my set and reps all went up easily.. got painful pumps in my lateral delt but it didn't hinder training at all..

Now the bad news. I went to the gym on Saturday and it was closed. There has been a death in the family so the gym won't be open until Wednesday which is when my PCT starts so I am stopping the superdrol and starting PCT a few days early.. its only 3days so it won't make much difference. But now I'm going to go into the benefits of n2guard and the difference between superdrol and dbo

This is my 1st time using n2guard on any cycle. I was picked by members of this board to run a log for it and I would have gotten it free. While everyone likes getting free stuff I felt like it meant I would have to be biased towards n2guard, so I bought and paid for it myself. There are number cycle support supplements on the market and I have tried a few.. I think n2guards main rival is C.E.L Cycle assist and that is very hard to find nowadays. Most supplement companies have been out of stock for ages. N2guard was more easily available but still not many tenders have it in the UK and nobody had it Ireland so that Needtobeaddressed (see what I did there). Also and I know this is minor but cycle assist and cycle support (AI Sports Nutrition) made my shit stink.. I would clear out houses with the smell.. cycle support is powder aswell which made it horrible to try drink..

N2guard controlled everything easily, with the exception of acne.. I have always had acne. As a teen I was put on minocyclin (think is the name) so its been a life long thing and not just AAS related.. the last 2weeks when I upped superdrol to 30mg I started getting more acne so it should disaapear completely by the time PCT is finished.. this was quite a difficult log to do because if n2guard works then I have nothing to report.. its about what you dont see rather than what you do see..

As for superdrol vs dbol well the difference was night and day..
Superdrol gave me good lean gains almost 14lbs of them. I had no sides except acne and lethargy. The lethargy was a nightmare. While training I was trying to be in beastmode but that's hard when you keep yawning and can't stop. Any after training when I was eating I just wanted to sleep all day..

Dbol gives me great gains but are very wet but it makes me feel wonderful on cycle.. loads of energy, great strenght gains and vascularity. I know I ran dbol with test and superdrol without it but if I'm going to use either of these as a "kickstart" to a cycle then it would be dbol.. the makes me feel godly.. just in better mood.. I was slightly irritable on superdrol, but on dbol on want to frolic in the fields with puppies I feel that good.. I think dbol with aromasin from day one will be the way to go for me.

Also the superdol I used WASNT beastdrol so I'm not insulting the mighty beast.

Overall I would have to give n2guard 8.5/10. It loses a point for its lack of availability in the UK and Ireland, even amazon wouldnt ship it here and half a point for the sheer number of capsules you have to take a day..

So after 4weeks of superdrol and 5 weeks of PCT I went from 191-216. But 1 put on a bit to much bodyfat and I wasn't very comfortable at the weight. ln fact I felt horrible. l'm currently cutting because I realised l don't like being this big.

So I'm going for a more of a Frank Zane look. In 15 months l plan on competing in a classic bodybuilding show. Proportion IS more important than outright size. I had no problems in Pct with the exception of acne which is slowly clearing up.

Sorry for the long time between updates had some stuff come up.. I have some good news and bad news.. the good news 1st, training on Friday went great shoulders/traps.. I love this day because I get my shoulders super pumped and it seems to last for days..

Strength was up a bit but my set and reps all went up easily.. got painful pumps in my lateral delt but it didn't hinder training at all..

Now the bad news. I went to the gym on Saturday and it was closed. There has been a death in the family so the gym won't be open until Wednesday which is when my PCT starts so I am stopping the superdrol and starting PCT a few days early.. its only 3days so it won't make much difference. But now I'm going to go into the benefits of n2guard and the difference between superdrol and dbo

This is my 1st time using n2guard on any cycle. I was picked by members of this board to run a log for it and I would have gotten it free. While everyone likes getting free stuff I felt like it meant I would have to be biased towards n2guard, so I bought and paid for it myself. There are number cycle support supplements on the market and I have tried a few.. I think n2guards main rival is C.E.L Cycle assist and that is very hard to find nowadays. Most supplement companies have been out of stock for ages. N2guard was more easily available but still not many tenders have it in the UK and nobody had it Ireland so that Needtobeaddressed (see what I did there). Also and I know this is minor but cycle assist and cycle support (AI Sports Nutrition) made my shit stink.. I would clear out houses with the smell.. cycle support is powder aswell which made it horrible to try drink..

N2guard controlled everything easily, with the exception of acne.. I have always had acne. As a teen I was put on minocyclin (think is the name) so its been a life long thing and not just AAS related.. the last 2weeks when I upped superdrol to 30mg I started getting more acne so it should disaapear completely by the time PCT is finished.. this was quite a difficult log to do because if n2guard works then I have nothing to report.. its about what you dont see rather than what you do see..

As for superdrol vs dbol well the difference was night and day..
Superdrol gave me good lean gains almost 14lbs of them. I had no sides except acne and lethargy. The lethargy was a nightmare. While training I was trying to be in beastmode but that's hard when you keep yawning and can't stop. Any after training when I was eating I just wanted to sleep all day..

Dbol gives me great gains but are very wet but it makes me feel wonderful on cycle.. loads of energy, great strenght gains and vascularity. I know I ran dbol with test and superdrol without it but if I'm going to use either of these as a "kickstart" to a cycle then it would be dbol.. the makes me feel godly.. just in better mood.. I was slightly irritable on superdrol, but on dbol on want to frolic in the fields with puppies I feel that good.. I think dbol with aromasin from day one will be the way to go for me.

Also the superdol I used WASNT beastdrol so I'm not insulting the mighty beast.

Overall I would have to give n2guard 8.5/10. It loses a point for its lack of availability in the UK and Ireland, even amazon wouldnt ship it here and half a point for the sheer number of capsules you have to take a day..

The lack of availability in Ireland is a pain.With customs going mad at the mo its hard 2 get otc products like hcgen etc in at the mo.Bummer.Great review mate.
