Yea I would just keep eating clean high calories and keep it basic, heavy compound movements with a few isolation exercises in their. Too many young people hang around the cables and machines too much. I see it all the time at my gym.
The most important exercises for a good solid foundation are incline bench, dumbell presses, military press, squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, dumbell rows, upright rows, dumbell flyes, barbell curls, close grip bench. I wish I did all these on a regular basis when I was your age. It will make a HUGE difference. The harder the exercise the better, thats the truth!
