My montage

You got a lot of work to do before you start posting a ''montage'' brother.

You're missing out on a lot of muscle stabilization using cables, stabilization, and a smith machine. Mirror muscles are always fun to work in isolation but you'll yield far better results doing free-weight heavy compound lifts.

wow harsh comments guys. i think he is doing well. yeah some of his movements aren't as solid as they could be i wont disagree but he took the time to film himself and it shows he is serious about lifting. very solid for a 21 year old. i think if he sticks around this site he will be a beast with that kind of dedication.

thanks, i'm 21, been training for 5 years

my question is should i maintain, bulk, or cut? Everyone tells me that i've got the size and cutness, so what should i do now?

I'm sorry about my comment earlier. I also didn't know you are 21 years old. Yea I would just keep eating clean high calories and keep it basic, heavy compound movements with a few isolation exercises in their. Too many young people hang around the cables and machines too much. I see it all the time at my gym.

The most important exercises for a good solid foundation are incline bench, dumbell presses, military press, squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, dumbell rows, upright rows, dumbell flyes, barbell curls, close grip bench. I wish I did all these on a regular basis when I was your age. It will make a HUGE difference. The harder the exercise the better, thats the truth!

good tips. he is young and I see a ton of upside. i was blessed i had an excellent weightlifting coach to learn from in high school. but most young guys have to learn on their own with experience.
