You got a lot of work to do before you start posting a ''montage'' brother.
I'm sorry about my comment earlier. I also didn't know you are 21 years old. Yea I would just keep eating clean high calories and keep it basic, heavy compound movements with a few isolation exercises in their. Too many young people hang around the cables and machines too much. I see it all the time at my gym.
The most important exercises for a good solid foundation are incline bench, dumbell presses, military press, squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, dumbell rows, upright rows, dumbell flyes, barbell curls, close grip bench. I wish I did all these on a regular basis when I was your age. It will make a HUGE difference. The harder the exercise the better, thats the truth!
i lift isolation style
so say for arms i do
barbell curls
preacher curls
hammer (either dumbbells or cables)
and other iso exercises
for tris i do
close grip bench
french press
skull crushers
pulldowns
pullbacks
dips when my joints feel well enough
etc
this is just one exercise not the only exercise i do for that muscle group
maybe i should make one for compound movements and core exercises
my quads are well built my lower legs wont grow
Every muscle growsit just needs the correct training. What does yours look like for lower les mate?
