Here's a thought to perhaps help a little bit: When someone passes away -- as long as they are remembered -- they are truly *never* gone. They have only left their physical being but are still very much alive.

I just saw this. I can only imagine what you are feeling.

One thing that always helps me in times like this is hitting the gym hard. I get rid of stress and just let my feelings (anger, hurt, or whatever it may be) out this way. It might be worth a try for you - I know it sure helps me.

She hung herself from the chin-up bar on my power rack.

Her feet were touching the floor, which meant all she had to do was stand up to save her own life.

I can't believe she is gone, it doesn't seem real.
