Thanks for the responses everyone. I'm not exactly sure what kind of updates you guys are looking for. Let me further clarify, I was 305lbs of fat man at my heaviest. I was 270 when Covid hit and since they said it was much harder on fat people, I basically went back to bodybuilding to get in shape before I caught Covid. Which is when I dropped to 195. Now I did all that very naturally. I didn't start TRT until I went to trying to gain mass after 2 solid years of training and losing weight. My routine is five days a week weights. I have Chest/Biceps, Back Triceps, Legs, full upper day, and legs again. I'm doing cardio very inconsistently right now. I need to get off my ass and get at least 20 minutes a day of elliptical going. My currently diet is aiming for 250-275 Protein, about 450 carbs, and 95g fats. I'm aiming for between 3400-3700 calories a day. This cycle ends at the end of January and I will switch to TRT dose of Test C and probably some Anavar to cut whatever excess fat I picked up.
