my first big step

i realize that i am in the presence of guys that have done this for years, but i have not, i work out a lot and train jiujitsu a lot and have always wanted to try some gear, just never had the chance, 2 weeks ago i did...

i have gained a ton of muscle, my jiujitsu has drastically approved, and i am super happy all day long, and this i my big feat:


my friend who i bought my gear from has been giving me shots on mondays and thursdays.....tonight i swallowed my pride and gave myself one, by myself, and i am actually very happy...

i bought an oral cycle a year ago because i was scared of the pins, and i am so glad i overcame this hurdle...

What are you taking currently, and what does your cycle/pct look like?

* Week 1 to 13: 10mg Tamoximed daily
* Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
* Week 1 to 10: 500mg ***-TEST
* Week 13 - 40mg Tamoximed+ 100mg clomid daily
* Week 14 - 30mg Tamoximed+ 50mg clomid daily
* Week 15 - 20mg Tamoximed+ 50mg clomid daily

i know im new, but i love advice and take everything to heart, so if you think this is not a good cycle please feel free to critique me.

i weigh 150lbs 5 '10 and train jiu jitsu every day (exept sunday) and workout 5 days a week...

i have gained 11 pounds in 8 days.

but i have been eating alot (think the ***test is making me hungrier than i ever knew i could be.

clomid was all i could get.

u mean tamoxifen (nolvadex)? dont take it on cycle unless u experience gyno. use an AI on cyle.

Those PCT doses are outrageous imo. I would follow week 15 doses for all four weeks. Do u have access to hcg?

this cycle is a bit too much for a first one.

at 150lbs at 5'10" u should of waited and sorted out your training and diet. u could easily get to 200lbs naturally.

i hate to burst your bubble but the 11lbs in 8 days is not muscle, but water weight.

I also think that 100mgs of clomid is SERIOUSLY EXCESSIVE(and can and most likely will cause visual disturbances and an overall feeling of being on the rag).at the most take 50mgs at night for pct at the very end of your cycle.

Does he give it to you in the glute? it would look pretty gay if someone walked in and busted you.. Do you ever get worried you havent wiped your ass properly and he will notice? I am proud that you have hardened the fuck up and took over..

the eq needs to be run 14-16 weeks as does the test
