do weights on one bodypart per day

HIIT cardio 3x per week

40/30/30 on a 10-12 cals per deal
I am on an HST training plan, I lift 3 days per week, do all body parts.

I am doing cardio now 3 days per week for about 30 mins each session, high intensity (running or biking).

My diet is clean, I cut out all the bullshit, I have been watching my total calorie intake and keep it WELL below my maintenance of 3100. (I am 6'2" 200lbs now) started at 6'2" 217lbs and 16% BF... now 200lbs and 11% bf.

what's 10-12 cal per deal mean?

And will my HST training be ok as oppose to the one body part per week.
