Ulter your thoughts?
I just had a preventative cardiac workup done.
it includes several things:
Ultrasound of your heart.
Stress test
Blood work including the Berkley test.
The doc (heart specialist) told me that cholesterol is of big concern.
Not only the numbers it self but the size of the partical (this is where the berkly test comes in).
My total cholesterol was 158.
99 LDL
59 HDL
The LDL particals were mostly large and thats a good thing but my HDL particals were small. So my risk of cardiac problems are much larger because of the size of the partical then you would assume from looking at just the cholesterol numbers.
We went over excersize and diet and he said I am already doing well there so nothing to change but he did put me on Niacin, the non flush prescription kind a 1000mg a day.
My blood work was done about 6 weeks after I ended my last cycle.
The cycle:
11 weeks Prop 100mg ED
9 weeks Tren A 75mg ED
Last 6 weeks Var 60mg ED
