my cousins cycle....

my cousin is 24 years old, 195lbs at about 20% bodyfat...he asked me what cycle to do...and for some reason he was set on primo but he doesnt want hair loss....anyways i took him to my source and got some goodies, i came up with this cycle for him...im not expert but think i know some what about juice....

a. i told him only to do winny for 6 weeks and start a light primo so hes off the liver and sence he was set on using primo i through it in there for him....
b.the only real dosages i gave him come from winny cause the deca and primo are light but i didnt want him to get mad about his side(deca dick and hair loss)
c. i told him to use 1000mg milk thristle, 2-3 tbsp flax oil and 1500mg glucosamine.

this is his first cycle. any thing i missed to tell him?

the 200mg of primo for 5 weeks is a waste of money. I'd up the deca to 300-400mg/week and run the winny in the last 6 weeks.

Just a thought.

i told him the primo was a waste at that dosage...but he wouldnt hear any of that.....well u think the deca would cause more sides?(deca dick or maybe hair loss)....i didnt want him doing a oral for so long cause of the liver but if its ok then ill tell him if he wants to do that....

Primo has long ester, so by the time it "kicks in" he'll be wrapping up his cycle. My first cycle was deca/eq and I never had deca dick. If he wants to do primo then tell him to do at least 300mg throughout.

Dump the Primo as that dose for that amount of time is a waste. Up the Deca to 300-400mg/week for 8-10 weeks and run it along side the Winny. Start the Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot of Deca. Start with 300mg/Day for the first day of use then 100mg/Day for the next 6 days of that week, the next week do 50mg/Day and the final week take 50mg/every other day

i wouldnt worry at all about the deca giving side effects, i have used deca in about 5 cycles and at dosages of 600mg/wk. i have never experienced any deca dick or hair loss. i agree with all the other guys that he should up the deca to 400mg/wk, i did that my first cycle and loved it. not sure about the primo cause i have never used it.

The Deca should not cause any hair loss. I remember reading an interesting post by someone (forgot who) about taking Deca by itself. It obviously shuts down your HPTA, and in turn, nadrolone (Deca) will convert into nor-DHT, which is much weaker than DHT.

ok i told him what u guys said and he said ok on the deca dosage but he says couldnt taking just 1 amp(100mg) do something? cause he doesnt want to waste it....now here is what im gonna have him do now....400mg deca for 10 weeks, 50mg winny ED for 10 weeks. and no primo(even though i think he's gonna do 100mg for 10 weeks with everything...which i told him its like taking 100g whey protein and adding 2g of soy protein...u know what im takin about, but hes still gonna do it, i just know him.) and after 3 weeks of last shot of deca start cloms, 300mg first day,100mg for the rest of the week and then 50mg for the 2nd week,then 50mg EOD for the 3rd week.... what can he expect?

As long as he keeps the protein very high and has a over all solid diet he should be pleased with his gains. Why not save the Primo for a bridge into another cycle ?

i can have him do say this cycle....how long would the bridge be? then what? i dont think he wants to do test.
