I appreciate it fellas. I do wanna clarify, that's an old picture and where I feel confident I can get back to. This is a really big part of my overall life comeback. My physical conditioning was really indicative of where my life was. I suppose it's always been that way. Since i was 20 yo if I wasn't 235+ with an obvious gym physique, you could take to the bank something was wrong. Either bad choices or a series of bad choices. Maybe bad luck, but usually bad choices. I appreciate your encouragement.
I had a nice shoulders/ #2 upper arm workout today. I got my calories to protein ratio closer. 2300/200. When 8n doubt Tuna and yogurt.
