So today was mom's birthday. So I got plenty of cardio after my workout. Lol yard work out the a55.
Did back this morning. Kept it simple
Cybex plated pull down machine 5x10-12
Straight bar pull downs with a couple different grips 4x 10x12
Seated rows. Still staying light and strict at high reps until my core catches up 3xmax
I added some more upper arm cable work. ECTOfuckish upper arms, I have to hit'm often at varying degrees of reps and intensity until they quite looking like my moms arms.
I set up my crypto wallet this week. I'll probably get my points from Amazon this payday and my gear shortly thereafter. I really need about 3 more weeks before I start my TRT lifting. I still have dinner to go and I'm lopsided a bit on my food count. 1650 on calories and 91 on carbs. Looks like protein powder washing down a 2 cans of tunna and a yogurt.
