Rev grip push downs 3x max
Cable kickback/single pishdown 3xmax

Just from having money for supps and adequate food I've put on 6lbs. By the end of the year I'll be back.
we are seeing some great training man. @Resurrected that is what we like to see. pushing it nicely and nonstop!

@Resurrected looking big and strong in the picture. Also nice job on the different training. Pushing that chest and shoulders nicely.
 
I appreciate it fellas. I do wanna clarify, that's an old picture and where I feel confident I can get back to. This is a really big part of my overall life comeback. My physical conditioning was really indicative of where my life was. I suppose it's always been that way. Since i was 20 yo if I wasn't 235+ with an obvious gym physique, you could take to the bank something was wrong. Either bad choices or a series of bad choices. Maybe bad luck, but usually bad choices. I appreciate your encouragement.

I had a nice shoulders/ #2 upper arm workout today. I got my calories to protein ratio closer. 2300/200. When 8n doubt Tuna and yogurt.

Smith Front Presses 3x6-10
Lat Raises 3x10
Upright Rows
...I concentrated on powering out of the lower end of the movement
Push downs 3x max
One arm cable curles 3x10-12
Cable kickbacks 3x10-12
Cyber preacher machine 3x8-12
