Had an amazing leg workout. I got a great pump today.
  • Bb squats 205lbs 4x10 up in reps
  • Dumbbell deadlifts 55lbs up 5lbs 5x8
  • Incline calve presses 220lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 3x8
  • Seated isolation leg extensions 40lbs up 5lbs 3x10
  • Laying hamstring curls 75lbs up 5lbs 3x12 drop set 35lbs 1x20
  • Smith machine calve raises 110lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Cable pull throughs 60lbs 3x12 drop set 30lbs 1x20
Plus abs

Results from my tren+tbol cycle. I’ll weigh myself tomorrow but overall I’m very pleased with my results. Definitely looking forward to my cutting results. I did shrink in size a bit. I didn’t take creatine for this week so pretty sure I lost some water weight, but back on now.

Just finished cardio and arms

20 mins cardio preworkout treadmill

  • Cable biceps curl 120lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 40lbs 3x15 up in reps
  • DB Spider Curls (short head) 30lbs 3x15 up in reps drop set 20lbs 1x20
  • Cable rope overhead tricep extension (lateral) 60lbs up 10lbs 3x12 dropset 40lbs 1x20
  • Zot-man curls 25lbs up 5lbs 3x30 dropset 10lbs 1x42
  • Overhead straight bar tricep extensions 90lbs up 10lbs 3x12 drop set 70lbs 1x20
Treadmill incline 20 mins

The cardazol is arriving tomorrow, so I’ll start taking it tomorrow or Sunday. Apparently there’s been weather delays this week with USPS.

and usps is slow for some reason lately strange
but training is up top

How much higher for cardio? Also should I be feeling anything from the cardarine?
