Not sure on bf% as I can't seem to get repeatable results on my own. I measure my belly (I flex my abs and measure around my gut at my navel), my waist, my arms and shoulders. The belly's the most pressing issue for me (obviously ).

Not much to report. WEight is still 240 but belly is a shade under 40 inches, which is a milestone I guess. But it's hard to get too excited over losing a quarter inch in two weeks. Oh well. I may just have to bite the bullet and do some cardio (hmm that sounds familiar....) b/c I don't want to cut cals any more.
EDIT: OK so I measured today this morning (11-14) and belly was at 39.5" . I feel much better b/c I thought I looked slimmer than the last update.
