my ass is killin me!!

i shot 250mg Enanthate, 200 mg EQ together in my glute this past Monday. Since Tuesday afternoon, my ass has been extremely sore. Feels like it is swollen a little bit.....but there is no redness and it is not hot, so I dont think there is any type of infection.

Now this is the first time I am using test, and I have heard that it hurts like a mother. Is this normal, and if so, how do we deal with it?? I cant even think of doing legs for at least another day or so!

Should you massage the injection spot afterwards? Use ice? What are your suggestions.

Massage, massage, massage (immediately after injection)....just make sure noone sees you doing it , lol... they might get the wrong impression. This works great for me.

Dont worry if it aint going red or blowing up it probably just has a higher BA level,and some ppl are more sensitive then others

is that the first shot that you did in that particular muscle group for your cycle. I wrote on this earlier that the first shot in a particular muscle group will always hurt the most. your body just has to get used to the gear. don't worry it gets easier

thanks Terminator, I actually spent a good half hour after I posted this thread massaging my glute with some Icy Hot stuff. It was pretty painful, but I feel like I worked out a big knot, and know I feel much much better. I imagine if I did that right after the injection it would have prevented most of the soreness to begin with...........now I know.

Lenny7, its not red, and just a little swollen, but hardly noticeable. Question though, what is a BA level and how would that have caused my soreness.

And yes Stonecold54, that was the first shot of my cycle, and my first shot ever of test. I hope your right about it gettin easier!

It is normal. The test will make you sore for several days.

after few cycles you are not going to have all that crap or flues, cramps, pains, etc...
Now the only side effect I have is I cannot sleep that night after injection... I can feel the test disolving in my body... feels great... and then I massage for 15 minutes...

I get that soreness almost all the time. Didn't get it with spectro or IPs once. Tried IPs again and get the soreness.
I think it's the high BA, also something in the amps.

What happens if you get the hot, red area? Because I got it on the thigh from an injection of 1cc tes 250.
